ed="T" n="0063c29"/><span class="tx">者勇猛義。不惮处时求大菩提有志有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a01"/><span class="tx">能。故名菩萨。二皆依主</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a02"/><span class="tx">戒本 嵩嶽疏本曰。戒则护六根以明持。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a03"/><span class="tx">遣七非以彰体。本则德含众善。義蕴多端。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a04"/><span class="tx">五篇七聚之要门。十利百行之幽键。流雪山</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a05"/><span class="tx">之药味饮宝岳之甘泉。总收其義谓之为</span> <lb 涅槃经第九曰。复次</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a16"/><span class="tx">善男子。若善男子善女人等无有不求男</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a17"/><span class="tx">子身者。何以故。一切女人皆是众恶之所住</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a18"/><span class="tx">所以者何。不能自知有<persName>佛</persName>性故。若有不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a23"/><span class="tx">能知<persName>佛</persName>性者。我说是等名为女人。若能自</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a24"/><span class="tx">知有<persName>佛</persName>性者。我说是人为大丈夫。若有女</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a25"/><span class="tx">人。能知自身定有<persName>佛</persName>性。当知是等即为男</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a26"/><span class="tx">子。同第十六曰。善男子。一切男女若具四</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a27"/><span class="tx">法则名丈夫。何等为四。一善知识。二能听</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064a28"/><span class="tx">法。三思惟義。四如说修行。善男子。若男若</span> <lb ed="T" class="tx">要。经曰梵网至地品 古迹上曰。梵网经一</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b05"/><span class="tx">部都名也。卢舍那<persName>佛</persName>心地法门品第十者。此</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b06"/><span class="tx">品别名也。梵者能净之義。网者摄有情義。谓</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b07"/><span class="tx">此经者乃至有顶生死大海拘持有情。终致</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b08"/><span class="tx">无上寂灭之岸。无尽饶益诸饥渴类如世</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b09"/><span class="tx">网故。为显此義故。诸梵王持罗网幢供</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b10"/><span class="tx"><persName>佛</persName>听法。<persName>佛</persName>因此说世界差别犹如网孔。<persName>佛</persName></span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b11"/><span class="tx">教门亦如是。世界别者。须弥树形覆世界等</span> <lb class="tx">当知亦尔。虽尘沙门终归一道。万行一门。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b15"/><span class="tx">所谓得意。得意而行皆称法性。是故从喩</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b16"/><span class="tx">名梵网经。经谓契经。贯持为義。贯義持生</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b17"/><span class="tx">不散失故。卢舍那者此云净满。无障不净。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b18"/><span class="tx">无德不圆故。法藏师云。梵本皆名毘卢舍</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b19"/><span class="tx">那。此云光明遍照。智照法界。身应大機故。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b20"/><span class="tx">梵网字下标此名者。为简馀品释迦说故。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b21"/><span class="tx"><persName>佛</persName>谓觉者三義如常。说谓圆音。巧应生解。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b22"/><span class="tx">唯识万德从此生长名为心地</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b23"/><span class="tx">要。一能成者至<persName>佛</persName>戒 本业经下曰。一切菩</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b24"/><span class="tx">萨凡圣戒尽心为体。是故心亦尽戒亦尽。心</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b25"/><span class="tx">无尽故戒亦无尽。六道众生受得戒。但解</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b26"/><span class="tx">语得戒不失。梵网经下曰一切众生皆有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b27"/><span class="tx"><persName>佛</persName>性一切意识色心是情是心皆入<persName>佛</persName>性戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b28"/><span class="tx">中</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">是一切众生戒本原自性淸净</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064b29"/><span class="tx">要。谓无上乘至本故 幽赞上曰。然<persName>佛</persName>果德</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c01"/><span class="tx">殊勝无边。非廣大修无由证得。故依此義</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c02"/><span class="tx">而说。行者要具大乘二种种姓。能于五位</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c03"/><span class="tx">渐次修行。又下曰。无上菩萨廣大深远。非少</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c04"/><span class="tx">积因可能证获</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">独觉利根尙经百劫。况</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c05"/><span class="tx">求作<persName>佛</persName>无多劫因</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c06"/><span class="tx">要。由此诸<persName>佛</persName>至无碍 本业经下曰。其受戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c07"/><span class="tx">者入诸<persName>佛</persName>界菩萨数中超过三劫生死之苦。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c08"/><span class="tx">是故应受。有而犯者勝无不犯。有犯名菩</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c09"/><span class="tx">萨。无犯名外道。以是故。有受一分戒名</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c10"/><span class="tx">一分菩萨。乃至二分三分四分十分名具足</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c11"/><span class="tx">受戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c12"/><span class="tx">要。但解语者至因故 三十五曰。以诸菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c13"/><span class="tx">自乘种姓为休止故。为建立故。有所堪</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c14"/><span class="tx">任。有大势力。能证无上正等菩提</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">云何</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c15"/><span class="tx">种姓。谓略有二种。一本姓住种姓。二习所</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c16"/><span class="tx">成种姓。本姓住种姓者。谓诸菩萨六处殊勝。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c17"/><span class="tx">有如是相从无始世辗转传来法尔所得。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c18"/><span class="tx">是名本姓住种姓。习所成种姓者。谓先串习</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c19"/><span class="tx">善根所得。是名习所成种姓。義灯七曰。西</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c20"/><span class="tx">明四解。第二为正。正取无漏法尔种子简</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c21"/><span class="tx">异无性。故云殊勝。不可擧果位等名为六</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c22"/><span class="tx">处。善戒经云谓阴界六处。故知六处是内六</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c23"/><span class="tx">处。内六处中意根处摄无漏种子。是六处故</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c24"/><span class="tx">非遍六处皆能持种</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c25"/><span class="tx">要。尔时于此至分心 杂集论十三曰。已依</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c26"/><span class="tx">涅槃先起善根者。不复新起故依此下品</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c27"/><span class="tx">顺解脱分善根。<persName>薄伽梵</persName>说若有具世间增上</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c28"/><span class="tx">品正见虽经历千生。而不堕三恶趣。又有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0064c29"/><span class="tx">四种顺解脱分。一者依凭顺解脱分。二者勝</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a01"/><span class="tx">解顺解脱分。三者爱乐顺解脱分。四者趣证</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a02"/><span class="tx">顺解脱分。从善法欲乃至为求解脱所有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a03"/><span class="tx">善根皆名依凭顺解脱分。于彼相应教法</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a04"/><span class="tx">所有勝解俱行善根是名勝解顺解脱分。缘</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a05"/><span class="tx">解脱境作意相续淸净喜俱所有善根是名</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a06"/><span class="tx">爱乐顺解脱分。即于此生决定发起顺抉择</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a07"/><span class="tx">分所有善根是名趣证顺解脱分。義灯七曰。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a08"/><span class="tx">问。从何位去名为习性。答。从勝解地已</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a09"/><span class="tx">去皆名习种姓菩萨。性种姓者據未发心本</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a10"/><span class="tx">无漏种。习种姓名據发心已所熏成种。地</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a11"/><span class="tx">持论云。若从先来修善所得名习种姓。瑜</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a12"/><span class="tx">伽三十五云。谓先串习善根所得是名习</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a13"/><span class="tx">所成者。就显相说。简未熏习。非谓初修</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a14"/><span class="tx">不名习姓。故杂集论第十三说有四顺解</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a15"/><span class="tx">脱。一依凭顺解脱。谓从善法欲乃至为求</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a16"/><span class="tx">解脱皆名顺解脱分。既名顺解脱分故是</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a17"/><span class="tx">习种姓</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">或创发心。及二乘迴向八万劫</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a18"/><span class="tx">等非勝解行。行未勝故。未在僧祇故。虽</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a19"/><span class="tx">然不得在僧祇数及资粮等可名习种。无</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a20"/><span class="tx">文定判。十住已前不得名为习种菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a21"/><span class="tx">要。由羯磨缘至萨戒 四十曰。汝如是名善</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a22"/><span class="tx">男子。或法弟次于我所受诸菩萨一切学</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a23"/><span class="tx">处。受诸菩萨一切净戒。谓律仪戒摄善法戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a24"/><span class="tx">饶益有情戒。如是学处如是净戒过去一切</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a25"/><span class="tx">菩萨已具。未来一切菩萨当具。普于十方</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a26"/><span class="tx">现在一切菩萨今具。于是学处于是净戒过</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a27"/><span class="tx">去一切菩萨已学。未来一切菩萨当学。现在</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a28"/><span class="tx">一切菩萨今学。汝能受不。答言能受。能授</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065a29"/><span class="tx">菩萨第二第三亦如是说。能受菩萨第二第</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b01"/><span class="tx">三亦如是答。表无表章曰。别解脱无表得有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b02"/><span class="tx">三类。一出家大戒第三羯磨竟是事如是持</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b03"/><span class="tx">时得。其菩萨戒亦第三羯磨答言能持时得</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b04"/><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">第二类者。其出家三众近事得无表即</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b05"/><span class="tx">三皈竟得</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">第三类者。其近住戒有二義。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b06"/><span class="tx">一云三皈竟得与近事无别。二云。若尔何</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b07"/><span class="tx">故俱舍不说三皈竟即得近住戒。何故说相</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b08"/><span class="tx">不同近事。近事别说五戒之相。近住连环</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b09"/><span class="tx">三周说相。又彼颂云随教说具支。不说近</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b10"/><span class="tx">事亦随教说。故知近住非三皈得。其心廣遮</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b11"/><span class="tx">一日夜故。非前即得。由此故知随师後。说</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b12"/><span class="tx">第三周竟。方发无表</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b13"/><span class="tx">要。一切恶者至荷负 唯识论九曰。戒学有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b14"/><span class="tx">三。一律仪戒。谓正远離所应離法。二摄</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b15"/><span class="tx">善法戒。谓正修证应修证法。三饶益有情</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b16"/><span class="tx">戒。谓正利乐一切有情。此与二乘有共不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b17"/><span class="tx">共甚深廣大。如馀处说。述记十曰。戒学有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b18"/><span class="tx">三。初以七众戒为体。二以有为无为无漏</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b19"/><span class="tx">善法为体。有漏善法非正应修体。可断故。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b20"/><span class="tx">三谓正利乐三业为性如上应知</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">然此</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b21"/><span class="tx">三学与二乘有共不共。摄论无性第七世亲</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b22"/><span class="tx">第八各有四殊勝。初一差别勝。即三聚戒。二</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b23"/><span class="tx">共不共勝。谓菩萨一切性罪。不现行与二</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b24"/><span class="tx">乘共相似。遮罪有现行。与二乘不共等是。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b25"/><span class="tx">三廣大勝。此有四种。一种种无量学处大。二</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b26"/><span class="tx">无量福德大。三利生意乐大。四建立菩提大。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b27"/><span class="tx">如彼廣解。四甚深勝。谓菩萨行杀生等十</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b28"/><span class="tx">业。而无有罪生无量福。速证菩提等是。然</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065b29"/><span class="tx">彼虽有四种殊勝。然初即此三聚戒体。今</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c01"/><span class="tx">以第二共不共第四甚深第三廣大合为三</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c02"/><span class="tx">种。如馀处者即是彼文</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c03"/><span class="tx">要。一切求道至丈夫 三十五曰。又诸菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c04"/><span class="tx">最初发心所起正愿于馀一切希求世间出</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c05"/><span class="tx">世间義妙善正愿最为第一。最为无上</span><note place="inline">乃至</note> <lb ed="T" n="0065c06"/><span class="tx">最初发心坚固菩萨略有二种发心勝利。二</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c07"/><span class="tx">者初发菩提心已。即是众生尊重福田。一</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c08"/><span class="tx">初众生皆<persName>应供</persName>养。亦作一切众生父母。二者</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c09"/><span class="tx">初发菩提心已。即能摄受无恼害福。由此</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c10"/><span class="tx">菩萨成就如是无恼害福。得倍轮王护所</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c11"/><span class="tx">守护。由得如是护所护故。若寝若寤若迷</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c12"/><span class="tx">暗等一切魍魉夜叉宅神人非人等不能扰</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c13"/><span class="tx">害。又此菩萨转受馀生。由如是福所摄持</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c14"/><span class="tx">故少病无病不为长时重病所触。于诸众</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c15"/><span class="tx">生取作義利能以身语勇猛而作。常为众</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c16"/><span class="tx">生宣说正法。身无极倦。念无妄失。心无</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c17"/><span class="tx">劳损</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c18"/><span class="tx">要。凤凰之卵至之功 花严经七十八曰。善</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c19"/><span class="tx">男子。譬如迦陵频伽鸟在卵壳中有大势</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c20"/><span class="tx">力一切诸鸟所不能及。菩萨摩诃萨亦复</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c21"/><span class="tx">如是。于生死壳发菩提心。所有大悲功德</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c22"/><span class="tx">势力声闻缘觉无能及者。善男子。如金翅</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c23"/><span class="tx">鸟王子初始生时目则明利飞则劲楗一切诸</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c24"/><span class="tx">鸟虽久成长无能及者。菩萨摩诃萨亦复如</span> <lb ed="T" n="0065c25"/><span class="tx">诃萨若比丘比丘尼优婆塞优婆夷。能修十</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a06"/><span class="tx">想当知是人能得涅槃。云何为十。一者无</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a07"/><span class="tx">常想。二者苦想。三者无我想。四者厌離食</span> <lb ed="T" class="tx">自利益。<persName>如来</persName>终不为是事能断众生世界</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a23"/><span class="tx">报。是故我礼自他利</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a24"/><span class="tx">要。二所成相至决定 古迹下本曰。涅槃经</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a25"/><span class="tx">云。声闻戒中<persName>佛</persName>知时宜说轻为重。说重为</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a26"/><span class="tx">轻。大智论云。毘尼皆为世俗摄意不论实</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a27"/><span class="tx">相。为护<persName>佛</persName>法故不观後世罪多少。又後世</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a28"/><span class="tx">罪重。戒中便轻。如道人杀牛羊等。赞歎女</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066a29"/><span class="tx">人戒中重。後世罪轻。乃至廣说。菩萨不尔。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b01"/><span class="tx">实褈说重。理轻说轻。法性常然贯三际故</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b02"/><span class="tx">是谓菩萨别解脱相</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b03"/><span class="tx">要。谓菩萨戒至不失 经奥曰。若欲受戒时</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b04"/><span class="tx">师应问言。汝现身不作七逆罪耶。菩萨法</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b05"/><span class="tx">师不得与七逆人现身受戒。七逆者。出<persName>佛</persName></span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b06"/><span class="tx">身血。杀父。杀母。杀和尙。杀阿阇黎。破羯</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b07"/><span class="tx">磨转法轮僧。杀圣人。若具七遮即身不得</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b08"/><span class="tx">戒。馀一切人尽得受戒。又曰。见欲受戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b09"/><span class="tx">人应教请二师和尙阿阇黎。二师应问言。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b10"/><span class="tx">汝有七遮罪不。若现身有七遮师不应与</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b11"/><span class="tx">受戒。无七遮者得受</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b14"/><span class="tx">为十四亿人说住前信想菩萨初受戒法 </span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b15"/><span class="tx">要。由此亦有至之法 四十一曰。又诸菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b16"/><span class="tx">欲受菩萨净戒律仪。若不会遇具足功德</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b17"/><span class="tx">補特伽罗。尔时应对<persName>如来</persName>像前自受菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b18"/><span class="tx">净戒律仪。应如是受。偏袒右肩。右膝著地。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b19"/><span class="tx">或蹲跪坐作如是言。我如是名。仰启十方</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b20"/><span class="tx">一切<persName>如来</persName>已入大地诸菩萨众。我今欲于十</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b21"/><span class="tx">方世界<persName>佛</persName>菩萨所誓受一切菩萨学处誓受</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b22"/><span class="tx">一切菩萨净戒。谓律仪戒摄善法戒饶益有情</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b23"/><span class="tx">戒。如是学处如是净戒过去一切菩萨已具。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b24"/><span class="tx">未来一切菩萨当具。普于十方现在一切菩</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b25"/><span class="tx">萨今具。于是学处于是净戒过去一切菩</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b26"/><span class="tx">萨已学。未来一切菩萨当学。普于十方现</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b27"/><span class="tx">在一切菩萨今学。第二第三亦如是说。说已</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b28"/><span class="tx">应起。所馀一切如前应知</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066b29"/><span class="tx">要。如本业说至亦尔 四十曰。菩萨于四他</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c01"/><span class="tx">勝处法随犯一种。况犯一切。不钺复堪能于</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c02"/><span class="tx">现法中增长摄受菩萨廣大菩提资粮。不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c03"/><span class="tx">复堪能于现法中意乐淸净。是即名为相</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c04"/><span class="tx">似菩萨。非真菩萨。菩萨若用软中品缠毁</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c05"/><span class="tx">犯四种他勝处法不捨菩萨净戒律仪。上品</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c06"/><span class="tx">缠犯即名为捨。若诸菩萨毁犯四种他勝处</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c07"/><span class="tx">法。数数现行都无惭愧。深生爱乐见是功</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c08"/><span class="tx">德。当知说名上品缠犯。非诸菩萨暂一现</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c09"/><span class="tx">行他勝处法便捨菩萨净戒律仪如诸苾刍</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c10"/><span class="tx">犯他勝处法即便弃捨别解脱戒。若诸菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c11"/><span class="tx">由此毁犯弃捨菩萨净戒律仪于现法中</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c12"/><span class="tx">堪任便受。非不堪任如苾刍住别解脱戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c13"/><span class="tx">犯他勝处法于现法中不任更受</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c14"/><span class="tx">要。然此经中至得戒 经曰。善学诸人者是</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c15"/><span class="tx">菩萨十波罗提木叉应当学。于中不应一</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c16"/><span class="tx">一犯如微尘许。何况具足犯十戒。若有犯</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c17"/><span class="tx">者不得现身发菩提心。经奥曰。若有犯十</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c18"/><span class="tx">戒者应教忏悔。在<persName>佛</persName>菩萨形像前日夜六</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c19"/><span class="tx">时诵十重四十八轻戒。苦到礼三世千<persName>佛</persName>得</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c20"/><span class="tx">见好相。若一七日二三七日乃至一年要见</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c21"/><span class="tx">好相。好相者。<persName>佛</persName>来摩顶。见光华种种异相</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c22"/><span class="tx">便得灭罪。若无好相虽忏无益。是人现身</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c23"/><span class="tx">亦不得戒。而得增受戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c24"/><span class="tx">要。于此处所至二戒 四十一曰。如<persName>薄伽梵</persName>。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c25"/><span class="tx">于别解脱毘奈耶中将护他故建立遮罪。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c26"/><span class="tx">制诸声闻令不造作。诸有情类未净信者</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c27"/><span class="tx">令生净信。已净信者令倍增长。于中菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c28"/><span class="tx">与诸声闻应等修学。无有差别。何以故。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0066c29"/><span class="tx">以诸声闻自利为勝尙不弃捨将护他行。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a01"/><span class="tx">为令有情未信者信信者增长学所学处。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a02"/><span class="tx">何况菩萨利他为勝。若诸菩萨安住菩萨净</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a03"/><span class="tx">戒律仪如<persName>薄伽梵</persName>。于别解脱毘奈耶中为</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a04"/><span class="tx">令声闻少事少业少希望住建立遮罪。制</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a05"/><span class="tx">诸声闻令不造作。于中菩萨与诸声闻不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a06"/><span class="tx">应等学。何以故。以诸声闻自利为勝不顾</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a07"/><span class="tx">利他。于利他中少事少业少希望住可名</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a08"/><span class="tx">为妙。非诸菩萨利他为勝。不顾自利于利</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a09"/><span class="tx">他中少事少业少希望住得名为妙。如是</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a10"/><span class="tx">菩萨为利他故。从非亲里长者居士婆罗门</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a11"/><span class="tx">等及恣施家。应求百千种种衣服观彼有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a12"/><span class="tx">情有力无力随其所施如应而受。如说求</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a13"/><span class="tx">衣。求钵亦尔。如求衣钵。如是自求种种</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a14"/><span class="tx">丝缕令非亲里为织作衣。为利他故应蓄</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a15"/><span class="tx">种种憍世邪衣。诸坐卧具事各至百千生色</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a16"/><span class="tx">可染百千俱胝复过是数亦应聚积。如是</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a17"/><span class="tx">等中。少事少业少希望住制止遮罪菩萨不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a18"/><span class="tx">与声闻共学。摄大乘论本曰。于此学处有</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a19"/><span class="tx">声闻犯菩萨不犯。有菩萨犯声闻不犯。菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a20"/><span class="tx">具有身语心戒。声闻唯有身语二戒。是故菩</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a21"/><span class="tx">萨心亦有犯。非诸声闻。以要言之。一切饶</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a22"/><span class="tx">益有情无罪身语意业菩萨一切皆应现行。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a23"/><span class="tx">皆应修学</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a24"/><span class="tx">要行四句者至俱违 宝积经第九十曰。尔</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a25"/><span class="tx">时<persName>世尊</persName>告优波離。汝今当知声闻菩萨学淸</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a26"/><span class="tx">净戒所发心修行异。优波離。有声闻乘持</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a27"/><span class="tx">淸净戒于菩萨乘名大破戒</span><note place="inline">私曰。合小福<br/>而垂廣大也</note> <lb ed="T" n="0067a28"/><span class="tx">于菩萨乘持淸净戒于声闻乘名大破戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067a29"/><note place="inline">顺深远而违法<br/>近也。以下准之</note><span class="tx">云何名为声闻乘人虽持净</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b01"/><span class="tx">戒于菩萨乘名大破戒。优波離。声闻乘人</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b02"/><span class="tx">乃至不应起于一念更受後身。是名声闻</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b03"/><span class="tx">持淸净戒。然于菩萨名大破戒。云何菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b04"/><span class="tx">持淸净戒。于声闻乘名大破戒。菩萨摩诃</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b05"/><span class="tx">萨修行大乘。能于无量阿僧祇劫堪忍受</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b06"/><span class="tx">身不生厌患。是名菩萨持淸净戒。于声闻</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b07"/><span class="tx">乘名大破戒。以是義故。为菩萨乘说不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b08"/><span class="tx">尽护戒。为声闻乘说尽护戒。为诸菩萨说</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b09"/><span class="tx">开遮戒。为诸声闻说唯遮戒。为菩萨乘</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b10"/><span class="tx">说深心戒。为声闻乘说次第戒。云何菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b11"/><span class="tx">持不尽护戒。声闻乘者持尽护戒。菩萨乘人</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b12"/><span class="tx">虽持净戒。于诸众生应当随顺。声闻乘人</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b13"/><span class="tx">不应随顺。是故菩萨持不尽护戒。声闻乘</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b14"/><span class="tx">人持尽护戒。云何名为菩萨持开遮戒。声</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b15"/><span class="tx">闻乘人持唯遮戒。若诸菩萨于大乘中发趣</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b16"/><span class="tx">修行。日初分时有所犯戒于日中分不離</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b17"/><span class="tx">一切智心。如是菩萨戒身不壞</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">若夜後</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b18"/><span class="tx">分有所犯戒。于日初分不離一切智心。如</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b19"/><span class="tx">是菩萨戒身不壞。以是義故。菩萨乘人持</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b20"/><span class="tx">开遮戒。设有所犯不应失念妄生忧悔自</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b21"/><span class="tx">恼其心。于声闻乘有所犯者便为破壞声</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b22"/><span class="tx">闻净戒。何以故。声闻持戒断除烦恼如救</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b23"/><span class="tx">头然。所有志乐但求涅槃。以是義故。名声</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b24"/><span class="tx">闻乘持唯遮戒。复次优波離。云何菩萨持深</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b25"/><span class="tx">入戒。声闻乘人持次第戒。菩萨乘人于怛</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b26"/><span class="tx">沙劫受五欲乐遊戏自在未曾捨離菩提</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b27"/><span class="tx">之心。如是菩萨不名失戒。所以者何。菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b28"/><span class="tx">善能守护安住菩提之心。乃至梦中一切结</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067b29"/><span class="tx">使不为其患。而是菩萨所有烦恼渐当尽。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c01"/><span class="tx">不应一生便尽诸结。声闻乘者成熟善根</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c02"/><span class="tx">如救头燃乃至一念不喜受生。以是義</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c03"/><span class="tx">故。大乘之人持深入戒说有开遮名不尽</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c04"/><span class="tx">护。声闻乘人持次第戒名曰唯遮。名为尽</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c05"/><span class="tx">护。何以故。优波離。求大乘者于阿耨多罗</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c06"/><span class="tx">三藐三菩提甚为难得。具大莊严乃能成</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c07"/><span class="tx">就。是故菩萨虽于无量阿僧祇劫往来生</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c08"/><span class="tx">死。终不生于厌離之心。以是義故。<persName>如来</persName></span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c09"/><span class="tx">观察为大乘人不应一向说厌離法。不应</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c10"/><span class="tx">一向说于速证涅槃之法。应当为说慈喜</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c11"/><span class="tx">相应甚深微妙无染之法远離忧悔无繫著法</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c12"/><span class="tx">无障无碍性空之法。菩萨闻已。于生死中而</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c13"/><span class="tx">无厌倦。决定圆满无上菩提</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c14"/><span class="tx">要。如瑜伽说至廣说 四十一曰。若诸菩萨</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c15"/><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">善权方便。为利他故于诸性罪。少分</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c16"/><span class="tx">现行。由是因缘于菩萨戒无所违犯生</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c17"/><span class="tx">多功德。谓如菩萨见劫盗贼为贪财故欲</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c18"/><span class="tx">杀多生或复欲害大德声闻独觉菩萨或</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c19"/><span class="tx">复欲造多无间业。见是事已。发心思惟。我</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c20"/><span class="tx">若断彼恶众生命当堕地狱。若其不断无</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c21"/><span class="tx">间业成当受大苦。我寧杀彼堕那落迦终</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c22"/><span class="tx">不令其受无间苦。如是菩萨意乐思惟于</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c23"/><span class="tx">彼众生或以善心。或无记心知此事已。为</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c24"/><span class="tx">当来故深生惭愧。以怜愍心而断彼命。由</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c25"/><span class="tx">是因缘于菩萨戒无所违犯生多功德</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c26"/><note place="inline">私曰。劫盗以下六罪<br/>廣说。恐繁略之</note> <lb ed="T" n="0067c27"/><span class="tx">要。若以至知至由心 摄大乘论本曰。复次</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c28"/><span class="tx">应知略由四种殊勝故此殊勝。一由差别</span> <lb ed="T" n="0067c29"/><span class="tx">殊勝。二由共不共学处殊勝。三由廣大殊</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a01"/><span class="tx">勝。四由甚深殊勝</span><note place="inline">陈天亲论曰。<persName>如来</persName>不于二乘<br/>中说。亦非二乘所行</note> <lb ed="T" n="0068a02"/><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">甚深殊勝者。谓诸菩萨由是品类方便</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a03"/><span class="tx">善巧</span><note place="inline">无性论曰谓诸菩萨<br/>悲愿相应後得妙智</note><span class="tx">行杀生等十种作业</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a04"/><span class="tx">而无有罪。生无量福速证无上正等菩提。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a05"/><span class="tx">世亲论曰。此中显示如是菩萨如是方便善</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a06"/><span class="tx">巧功能。谓诸菩萨若如是知。如是品类。補</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a07"/><span class="tx">特伽罗于此不善无间等事将起加行。以</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a08"/><span class="tx">他心智了知彼心无馀方便能转彼业。如</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a09"/><span class="tx">实了知彼由此业定退善趣定往恶趣。如</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a10"/><span class="tx">是知已。生如是心。我作此业当堕恶趣。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a11"/><span class="tx">我寧自往必当脱彼。于彼现在虽加少苦。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a12"/><span class="tx">令彼未来多受安乐。是故菩萨譬如良医。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a13"/><span class="tx">以饶益心虽复杀之而无小罪。多生其福。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a14"/><span class="tx">由多福故疾证无上正等菩提。如是等戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0068a15"/><span class="tx">最为甚深</span><note place="inline">私曰。既说得後得妙智以他心智了<br/>知彼心如实了知。非凡所作。宜知自</note> <lb ed="T" n="0068a16"/><note class="tx">刍意乐廣大深远为法器故。菩萨种种皆引</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b19"/><span class="tx">摄故。故四十云。由此菩萨犯重失戒今生</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b20"/><span class="tx">得受。苾刍现生不任更受。恶意乐思损善</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b21"/><span class="tx">器故。若二形生及断善根作法弃捨而失戒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b22"/><span class="tx">者。後无前事今生得受。不汚戒故。十轮</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b23"/><span class="tx">经等护末法僧息谤化俗故言不失。非实</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b24"/><span class="tx">不失。涅槃由此犯重实失。息谤不失。故言</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b25"/><span class="tx">定失。决定不失。皆不解意。方等经中但是</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b26"/><span class="tx">忏悔犯重罪灭。言更生者是引接语。亦不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b27"/><span class="tx">相违。故经中说犯重之人。<persName>世尊</persName>不许食僧</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b28"/><span class="tx">祇食下至一搏践毘诃罗一足跟地。摈出</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069b29"/><span class="tx">一切苾刍业事故。<persName>佛</persName>又言。应速拔除稻禾</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c01"/><span class="tx">秆秀。应速拣择腐朽栋樑。应速簸扬种中</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c02"/><span class="tx">糠秕。应速除摈似称苾刍。故知犯重定成</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c03"/><span class="tx">失戒。律中自云不犯者。最初未制戒痴狂･</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c04"/><span class="tx">心乱･病恼所缠。虽有此解。言不失戒。文多</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c05"/><span class="tx">理正。又犯戒者实有三心。何因一类是令失</span> class="tx">若优婆塞受三皈已。不受五戒是名优婆</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c22"/><span class="tx">塞。若受三皈受持一戒是名一分。受三</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c23"/><span class="tx">归已。受持二戒是名少分。若受三皈持</span> <lb ed="T" n="0069c24"/><span
